About the Role
The Psychiatric Nurse Peds provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a pediatric psychiatric setting, collaborating with medical providers and care teams to deliver compassionate, individualized treatment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts
- Perform procedures and monitor patient status
- Document care accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs
- Coordinate holistic treatment plans
- Facilitate ongoing care with community support systems
Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of RN experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire
