Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Remote

You will work across clinical, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical, evidence-based treatment solutions. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families about mental health
• Participate in community outreach and education

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months post-licensure experience in a psychiatric clinical setting
• Master's degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Nursing specialty
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active DEA in the respective prescribing state
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• EHR proficiency, preferably with NextGen
• Strong computer literacy with various software applications

Pay

$145,000 – $203,800 annually, plus a monthly bonus based on billed hours.
