About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Goleta area. We are seeking individuals passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient progress
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in California
- Unencumbered DEA license preferred
- Experience in medication management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- Current RN license
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
