Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in collaboration with psychiatrists
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Current California license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Experience in medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- ACNP certification or equivalent
