Blackbird Health is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Maryland. Compensation & Benefits
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually
- Base Salary: $72,500 for part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
- Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload

The Basics You'll Need
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
- PMHNP-BC certification
- At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
- Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license
- Licensed in VA, PA or NJ in addition to MD
- DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
- Your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
