Compensation & Benefits

• Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually
• Base Salary: $72,500 for part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
• Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload

The Basics You'll Need

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
• PMHNP-BC certification
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license
• Licensed in VA, PA or NJ in addition to MD
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
• Your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
