About the role

Provide psychiatric patient care to adults and adolescents in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.
• Provide interventions and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a PMHNP clinician in an inpatient setting.

• Active DEA or willingness to obtain.
