This role is full-time with a hybrid schedule that requires 4 days a week in-office, supporting our Medication Management team and Interventional Psychiatry team with TMS and Spravato treatments.

Must have an OR PMHNP license and be willing to get cross-licensed in CA or currently have a CA PMHNP license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Work a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 or 4 days per week in-office, depending on location.
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders.
• Participate in community outreach and education.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting.
• Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing.
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP.
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location).
• Active DEA in the state where you are prescribing (based on clinic location).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Skills

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

Pay

The above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $180,000 plus a monthly billed hour bonus. Here is the breakdown:

• Base Salary: $180,000
• Monthly Goal Achievement Bonus (25 hours): $2,000 each month
• Each Additional Hour Over 25 per Month: $150 per hour

• Estimated Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours: $204,000
• Estimated Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours: $217,920
• Estimated Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours: $238,800
