About the role

This full-time, hybrid role requires 4 days a week in-office and supports our Medication Management team and Interventional Psychiatry team with TMS and Spravato treatments. Must have an Oregon PMHNP license and be willing to get cross-licensed in California or currently hold a California PMHNP license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care
• Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders
• Participate in community outreach and education

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting
• Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location)
• Active DEA in the state where you are prescribing (based on clinic location)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Pay

The base salary for this role is $180,000. Total compensation includes a monthly bonus based on billed hours:

• Monthly Goal Achievement Bonus (25 hours): $2,000 each month
• Each Additional Hour Over 25 per Month: $150 per hour

Estimated total yearly compensation:

• At 25 billed hours: $204,000
• At 27 billed hours: $217,920
• At 30 billed hours: $238,800
