Grow Therapy is seeking board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a practice that feels sustainable, supported, and connected.

Responsibilities

• Foundation: An all-in-one platform handling credentialing with major insurers, complete billing & claims management, integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth, and built-in compliance tools.
• Your People: Private nationwide provider network, peer consultation opportunities, local meetups and virtual networking opportunities.
• Your A-Team: Dedicated provider success teams, payor navigation and support, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance.
• Your Clinical Guide: Clinical leaders on-staff, risk and higher-level-of-care coordination support, free live CE credits, and virtual professional development events.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Up to $161/hour for insurance clients
• Set your own private pay rates
• Weekly direct deposit
• No fees or minimum visit requirements
• In-person, telehealth, or hybrid flexibility

Qualifications

• A board-certified PMHNP with 1+ year of experience post-certification
• Licensed in Louisiana
• Carrying individual professional liability insurance
• Working with a collaborating physician, or are willing to obtain one (if required by state law)
