Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2 yrs exp.)-Outpatient

About the role

We’re seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who are licensed in Utah, passionate about patient care, and committed to clinical excellence. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote.

LifeStance Health is a national provider of outpatient mental-health services for children, adolescents, and adults, offering both in-person and telemedicine care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in a collegial, modern clinical setting

Requirements

• Current Utah PMHNP license (FNP, APRNP, or PA certifications are not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
• Active or obtainable DEA number
• Active or obtainable prescriptive authority
• Experience with child and adolescent populations preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish+) a plus

Locations

We are hiring for all Utah locations in the Greater Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper. Additional offices opening in 2027.
