Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2 yrs exp.)-Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare, maintaining work-life balance, and growing professionally. Child-focused experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct medication management and therapy sessions.
• Work in a hybrid setting with 2–3 days in office and 1–2 days remotely.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PMHNP.
• Valid DEA number (or ability to obtain one).
• Prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain).
• Licensed in Utah with PMHNP certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Child and adolescent focus preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Pay

Compensation range: $195,000 – $251,000 (productivity-based model).

Schedule

• Hybrid role: 2–3 days in office, 1–2 days remote.
