About the role
LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Greater Salt Lake City area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We are hiring for all Utah locations, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with more offices opening in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
Requirements
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certification (FNP, APRNP, or PA certifications are not accepted)
- 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain a DEA number
- Experience with both medication management and therapy
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
