Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner license in Utah.
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
  • Prescriptive Authority.
  • DEA.
  • Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • Experience in both medication management as well as therapy.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a PMHNP for at least 2 years.

Skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred).
