Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) Tennessee Licensed

About the Role

As a Clinician at Mindbloom, you'll help people reclaim their lives through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and adaptive care. You'll conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video, educate clients on ketamine therapy, prescribe treatment using clinical protocols, and collaborate with Mindbloom guides to deliver a whole-person experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand client needs and determine suitability for Mindbloom
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and tailor treatment to individual clients
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide coordinated care
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that builds trust and confidence
• Contribute to improving clinical protocols and the care model based on client insights

Requirements

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA with minimum 6 months psychiatric experience, licensed in Tennessee, and active DEA registration
• Location: Within an hour of Memphis, TN (or further with a collaborating physician)
• Experience: Proficiency in complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD

Qualifications

• Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA licensure in Tennessee
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience
