About the Role

As a Clinician at Mindbloom, you'll help people reclaim their lives through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and adaptive care. You'll conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video, educate clients on ketamine therapy, prescribe treatment using clinical protocols, and partner with Mindbloom guides to deliver a whole-person experience. Your work will directly contribute to improving our clinical protocols and care model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to assess client needs and suitability for Mindbloom
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols, tailoring treatment to individual client needs
• Collaborate with Mindbloom guides to provide coordinated care
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, earning trust and confidence
• Contribute insights from client interactions to improve clinical protocols and care models

Requirements

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP with minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience, licensed in Missouri, and active DEA registration
• Experience with complex psychiatric evaluations and accurate diagnosis of depression, anxiety, and PTSD
• Passion for psychedelic therapy and its potential
• Strong "webside manner": warm, professional, and fully present during video consultations
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently
• Commitment to clinical excellence and openness to evidence-based treatments
• Willingness to harness AI for better client outcomes and streamlined admin
