Role

As a Clinician you will help people reclaim their lives through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and adaptive care. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, educate clients about the science and safety of ketamine therapy, prescribe treatment using Mindbloom’s clinical protocols, and collaborate with guides to deliver a coordinated whole‑person experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to determine client suitability for Mindbloom.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy, turning anxiety into informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using Mindbloom’s clinical protocols while tailoring treatment to each client.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide a coordinated, whole‑person experience.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that earns trust, satisfaction, and confidence.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model with insights gained from client work.

Requirements

• State licensure as a Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Kentucky with an active DEA registration.
• Proven ability to conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Passionate belief in psychedelic therapy and mission‑obsessed attitude.
• Warm, professional, and fully present “webside” manner on video consults; never keep a patient waiting.
• Tech‑savvy: able to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, continuous expertise advancement, and openness to new evidence‑based treatments.
• Ability to harness AI tools to improve client outcomes, streamline administration, and stay at the cutting edge of psychiatric care.
