Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Captures and organizes the activities of a particular shift.
- Directs, organizes, and assigns work to employees.
- Affirms and supports the work environment.
- Ensures adequate supplies, equipment, and staff utilization.
- Serves as an EPIC Super User.
- Assesses, monitors, and supports employees throughout the shift.
- Facilitates direct patient care through coaching, delegation, and service recovery.
- Engages in the “workplace community” by staying informed, participating in data collection or auditing, understanding Quality Improvement, and representing staff at relevant meetings.
- Maintains quality and safety as a priority.
- Makes appropriate staffing decisions considering workload targets and budget impact.

Education Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required.
Licensure Requirement
Current Ohio Nursing License, required.
Certifications
BLS, required.
Experience
Two years nursing experience, preferred.
Shift Details
Shift: Nights - 11pm-7:30am
FTE: 0.8
Frequency: Every other Friday and Saturday
Pay Information
Base rate starts at $39.90, pay to be commensurate with experience.
Night Shift Differential: $4.90
Weekend Differential: $4.70
