About the role
As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and referring physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
