About the role
Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the VPH Adolescent Program. The role involves applying the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, coordinating care delivery, and educating patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
- Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
- Employs strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications
- LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure
- Relevant Work Experience
- Experience Level: 1 year
- Education: Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Pay
The position offers an inpatient nursing supplemental Pay Program.
Schedule
The person in this role will work four 8-hour shifts from 7:00a - 3:00pm for a total of 32 hours per week, including some weekends.
