About the role

Provides high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team in a fast-paced mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care as ordered.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver holistic treatment plans.
• Interface with healthcare providers and community resources for ongoing care.
• Deliver compassionate, individualized care, promote recovery, and advocate for patients and families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure (RN).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
