About the Role

The Psych Registered Nurse Adult provides high-quality, patient-centered mental health care, collaborating with medical teams to deliver individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care accurately.
• Respond proactively to patient needs, delivering exceptional care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic treatment plans.
• Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrolled in a BSN program with a plan to obtain within 5 years.
• Current RN licensure and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Optional: Master’s in Nursing and specialty certifications.
