In this role, you will provide phlebotomy and paternity collection services for all ages, assist accounts with all laboratory needs, and deliver excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and paternity collections for patients of all ages.
• Assist accounts with laboratory-related needs.
• Provide excellent customer support.
• Accurately enter demographics, billing, and test information into the computer system.
• Process specimens for shipment to the branch.
• Take direction and initiative to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficient phlebotomy skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Friendly, professional, and extremely reliable demeanor.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
