About the role

The PSN Marketing & Growth Initiatives Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating regional marketing and growth initiatives across the Americas, translating PSD strategy and market opportunities into profitable Parts and Service growth. Work type: Hybrid. This position can be located in Garland, TX, Lively, ON, or Mississauga, ON.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Growth Strategy: Translate the PSD strategy into regional growth initiatives and execution plans aligned with Customer Center priorities and market opportunities.
• Accelerate Parts & Aftermarket Growth: Develop and coordinate initiatives to increase Parts penetration, customer share and aftermarket revenue across the installed base.
• Lead Growth Initiatives & Campaigns: Identify, prioritize and execute regional commercial campaigns and strategic growth programs, ensuring clear targets, ownership and follow-up of results.
