PSL Conversion Operator (41393)

SecondShift: 3:45pm-12:15am The role involves the safe and efficient operation of production machinery, including Finishing and Inspection Machines, to meet production and quality targets. Responsibilities include performing daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and general machine setup, as well as ensuring proper order fulfillment and quality control. Specific Responsibilities And Essential Functions Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of machineryConduct general set up of production machinery as requiredFollow job specification sheet for proper order fulfillmentFollow quality procedures, including inspection of finished goodsAchieve production and quality goalsArchive production goodsDetect defects of printing tools and support equipmentDetect potential improvements and report them to the team leadersSupport production department in any arising tasksMaintain a clean and safe work environmentApply GMP-rules, 5S and all other programs for improvement instituted by the CompanyOther tasks as assigned Qualifications Strong computer skillsPrevious machine operating experienceAvailable to work overtime as needed in a 3-shift operationExcellent verbal and written communication Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of the regular job duties Travel Required None
