About the role
As a PS Advisory Technical Consultant, you will provide technical consulting and delivery support for ACH and Payments application projects for financial institution clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot Fiserv platforms and related integrations. Your work helps clients implement reliable payment capabilities, reduce delivery risk, and maintain strong production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams for ACH and Payments implementation projects, serving as a subject matter resource for installation, configuration, testing, and production readiness activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and validate high availability Payments applications in client environments.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform smoke testing for Fiserv products using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- Create and maintain technical platform support documentation, implementation records, and project deliverables.
- Provide clear, professional support in customer-facing engagements and communicate technical status, risks, and issue resolution steps to clients and internal partners.
- Collaborate with project teams using Agile methodologies to track technical dependencies, manage deliverables, and support successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- 6+ years of experience supporting ACH technologies and APIs, including PEP+ Direct API, Exchange, and CommonView.
- 6+ years of experience delivering technical work within project-based environments using Agile methodologies.
- Experience creating technical support documentation, implementation documentation, and client-ready deliverables.
- Ability to troubleshoot application, integration, and environment issues across development, test, and production support contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

- Professional certifications related to project delivery, ACH technologies, or enterprise application support.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
Schedule
This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
