PRTF Specialty Care Therapist

Responsibilities

• Plans, delivers, and monitors all clinical services for a caseload of 12* children in the PRTF program, including specialty care populations requiring advanced clinical training.
• Will be responsible for all clinical services delivered by the treatment team; leads the Core Assessment process and ensures follow-through on treatment recommendations;
• Provides direct clinical services via individual and family sessions;
• Led discharge planning and coordination, treatment team and weekly staffing meetings;
• Provides training and supervision on the NMT model and specialty care models to direct care staff and outside team members.

Qualifications

• M.S.W. and two+ years related experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Fully Licensed or Associate level mental health license required such as LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, or LPAM.
• Must be willing to travel as needed for ongoing training purposes.
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training (provided).
• Must have an NC Driver's License.
