or drop it. Career Band is metadata; we can include in a short p. - Additional Information: Job titles may span multiple career levels. Base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including training, transferable skills, relevant experience, business needs, and market conditions. Compensation is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This job posting outlines the general nature and level of work for this role and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we encourage candidates to apply even if their experience does not perfectly align with every qualification- you may be a strong fit for this role or other opportunities at American National. Learn more about our company, by following us on social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Hiring Practices ... (lots of boilerplate). We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the hiring practices, equal opportunity, etc. Keep substantive info: benefits description, maybe mention of 401(k), PTO, etc. Also mention of core values maybe okay but could be considered boilerplate? It's part of company description; might be okay to keep as it's substantive about culture. However we need to avoid EEO statements. The paragraph about "We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace..." is EEO/diversity statement; might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that paragraph. Also remove "Hiring Practices" etc. Keep benefits description. - Pay: The posting says "Base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including training, transferable skills, relevant experience, business needs, and market conditions. Compensation is subject to change and may be modified in the future." That's vague; not a specific number or range. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state base pay is determined by factors, but not a specific figure. Is that enough to create a Pay section? The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state something about pay (base pay determined by factors). That is a statement about pay, albeit not a specific number. I'd argue we can include a Pay section with that statement. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The statement is not filler; it's a description. So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. - Benefits: The posting describes benefits: comprehensive benefits package supporting employees’ health, financial security, and well‑being, including multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, basic life insurance, and health savings accounts. Employees are automatically enrolled in a company‑funded 401(k) plan, receive paid time off and holidays, and work in an inclusive, people‑first culture that values flexibility, work‑life balance, professional growth, and a casual dress environment. That's substantive. So we can include Benefits section. - About the role: We can have a short paragraph summarizing the role: location, focus, participation in business-wide data projects. - Responsibilities: Could be the essential functions list (client onboarding, monthly payroll, annuity administration, additional responsibilities). We'll put those under Responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years experience). Could also include Additional Qualifications? Those are more like skills. Might split: Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications? Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (maybe additional qualifications like MS Office, Excel, data visualization, communication, etc). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - About the role: brief intro. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions (client onboarding, monthly payroll, annuity administration, additional responsibilities). - Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years experience with data analysis and interfacing with clients. - Qualifications: Preferred qualifications (degree in Business Admin, Actuarial Science, etc; knowledge of group annuities/pensions desirable; prior experience with retirement plans; experience with BI software/PowerApps a plus). - Skills: Additional qualifications: MS Office, advanced Excel, project planning/project management skills ideal, experience with data visualization tools, strong oral/written communication, ability to multi-task under pressure, strong attention to detail, quick to learn, flexible, strong team player. - Benefits: as described. - Pay: base pay determined by factors, compensation subject to change. We must not include Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, hiring practices, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's ensure we didn't drop any substantive info. Check essential functions: we captured all bullet points. Check additional responsibilities: we captured all. Check required qualifications: captured. Check additional qualifications: captured as skills. Check preferred qualifications: captured. Check benefits: captured. Check pay: captured. Check location: included in About the role. Check career band: maybe we can include as a short p under About the role or separate? It's metadata; we can fold into About the role paragraph. Now produce HTML. Structure:
