Provider Research Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Administers, updates, and maintains complex and specialty provider accounts and files.
• Communicates with providers on inquiries, invoices, payments and other day-to-day concerns; addressing issues related to operations.
• Safeguards accurate and timely loading of provider information into information systems.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years - Experience in a Support function or Customer Service, experience with the military, or coursework towards a related degree.

Skills & Certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
