Provider Relations Representative

About the role

The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with healthcare providers to discuss patient care outcomes and address any concerns.
• Facilitate the resolution of provider-related issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance provider satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on best practices and trends in healthcare provider relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
