About the Role
This is a hands-on support role at Craniometrix, focused on helping the team keep non-clinical support, documentation, coordination, and follow-up accurate and easy to act on. The position supports day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Craniometrix.
Responsibilities
A typical workday may include:
- Reviewing non-clinical requests or records and identifying what information or follow-up is still needed.
- Updating notes, documentation, schedules, referrals, or program records in approved systems.
- Communicating routine administrative next steps clearly and routing clinical questions to appropriate qualified personnel.
- Keeping track of open work by tracking open items so patients, caregivers, providers, or internal teams are not left waiting unnecessarily.
Success in this role means records are complete, follow-ups are visible, routine questions receive clear administrative guidance, and anything outside the role’s scope is routed promptly.
Requirements
- Careful handling of sensitive information and strong respect for confidentiality.
- Clear, patient written and verbal communication.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and recognize when a question is outside a non-clinical scope.
- Strong recordkeeping and attention to detail.
- Comfort applying these habits to the responsibilities implied by the Provider Relations Coordinator role title rather than treating the work as generic administrative support.
Pay
Base compensation: $45,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
