Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and techniques to find viable prospects with the objective of filling positions.
  • Accomplish established recruitment objectives, goals, deliverables, and metrics within timelines.
  • Develop position job descriptions and postings along with relevant recruiting materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Conduct provider searches from recruitment, to initial screening interviews through final negotiations with providers.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies from researching databases (internal and external), social and social media networking, web-based platforms, job posting results, referrals, and other resources.
  • Execute cold and warm calls with the ultimate goal of producing hires and securing provider referrals when discussing HealthDrive career opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for provider candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with and establish ongoing strategic relationships with hiring managers, members of the Operations Team, Practice Directors, and Directors of Clinical Operations to effectively implement staffing processes.
  • Contribute to HealthDrive’s Provider Database by uploading provider information and documenting all communications with providers.
  • Work with recruitment leadership to design and implement staffing processes that are sustainable, scalable, and support the needs of the business.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with established processes and guidelines.
  • Work in partnership with recruitment leadership to execute project plans for new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create and manage resource strategies and ensure maximum benefit and return.
  • Provide recruitment metrics reporting as necessary.
  • Develop new and ongoing recruitment reporting tools as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
