About the role
This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of Nourish’s value prop, policies, and processes to effectively communicate with RDs
- Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that increase offer acceptance
- Lead outbound recruiting efforts to our highest priority prospects, via personalized emails and calls
- Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and inform hiring strategy
- Collaborate with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience
- Made process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively
We'd love to hear from you if:
- You have 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
- You are hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process, handling multiple interactions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and gain energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat.
- You can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained.
- You’re a strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes.
- You’re passionate about nutrition and wellness, and you’re motivated to help others improve their health by expanding access to high-quality care.
- You’ve excelled in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech, where quick thinking and adaptability are key.
