Provider Network Associate

About the Opportunity:The Provider Network Associate role supports the accessibility, availability, and quality of the provider network. This position is responsible for executing network development activities to meet market growth, network quality, and medical cost goals. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to recruit, engage, and educate providers, contributing to the network management and expansion efforts. 3. Responsibilities:• Use demographic data to target provider recruitment for network adequacy by geography, specialty, or member demographics• Conduct recruiting activities in expansion regions considering population and healthcare needs• Evaluate provider capabilities to ensure compliance with access standards and quality requirements• Develop outreach strategies to attract high-quality providers in key specialties and locations• Perform daily outreach via phone, email, and meetings to present network benefits to potential providers• Document outreach and manage provider data in a CRM system• Guide prospective providers through the onboarding process• Participate in process improvements to enhance workflows and provider experience• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations• Perform other duties as assigned 4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting• 1+ years experience in provider relations, services, or recruiting, with cross-functional collaboration to support growth Bonus:• Experience with healthcare CRM systems• Experience with credentialing functions and software 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base pay range: $87,188 to $114,434 per year• Eligibility for employee benefits, unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses 6.
