About the Role

The Provider Management Analyst II role is responsible for verifying provider information and documentation to audit claims, ensuring accuracy in patient, provider, and client data. This position supports proper delivery of requests and contributes to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of claims auditing processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify provider information and documentation related to claims audits
• Confirm accuracy of patient, provider, and client information
• Communicate issues to leadership promptly
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Assist team members and report potential issues proactively
• Redirect misdirected requests appropriately
• Ensure confidentiality of medical records, PHI, and PII
• Perform outbound calls as necessary
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Office experience with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and timely delivery of results
• Experience with outbound calling

Pay

Pay Range: $15.61 - $23.82 per hour
