Credentialing
- Aid potential providers with the application process.
- Provide guidance and support during the credentialing verification process.
- Collaborate with the Provider Liaison Specialist and Recruiting Team to compile a shortlist of potential candidates based on specified criteria.
- Prepare and send contractual agreements to selected candidates.
Scheduling and Resource Management
- Manage provider schedules to ensure efficient scheduling processes and optimal utilization of provider resources.
Communication and Inbox Management
- Maintain the team mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
Data Entry and Billing
- Perform data entry tasks related to physician billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Reporting and Database Maintenance
- Generate reports and maintain departmental databases for tracking provider schedules, activities, and other relevant data.
Administrative Support
- Support the Clinical Liaison Department with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are a plus.
- + 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience with physician billing and invoicing processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider credentialing and scheduling is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with healthcare providers and colleagues.
Paid Benefits
$50,000 to $65,000/year
