Provider Enrollment Revalidation Quality Assurance Specialist - Montgomery, AL (Onsite)
About the role
As a Provider Enrollment Revalidation Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide accurate quality checks of provider enrollment revalidation applications to ensure a combined error rate of no more than 5%. You will also audit calls received via the CXone queue to verify specialists deliver accurate, courteous customer service. Your role includes ensuring enrollment staff receive complete and timely feedback on audit errors and collaborating with the team lead and Provider Enrollment Supervisor to address error patterns and training opportunities.
This position requires the ability to work in a production environment under strict quality and production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on provider enrollment revalidation applications to maintain a combined error rate of no more than 5%.
- Audit calls from the CXone queue to ensure specialists provide accurate and courteous customer service.
- Deliver complete and timely feedback to enrollment staff regarding errors identified during quality assurance audits.
- Collaborate with the team lead and Provider Enrollment Supervisor to identify error patterns and training opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of quality assurance and customer service experience in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for professional inquiry responses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience working from standard protocols and documents to accurately complete assigned tasks.
Schedule
This is an onsite position based in Montgomery, Alabama. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
All interviews require video calls, and the first two weeks of training will also be conducted via video.
Candidates must complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing in the selection process.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year. Base pay may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
