Provider Enrollment Field Representative- Southern Nevada- Remote

About the role

The Provider Enrollment Field Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering enrollment support, outreach, training, and issue resolution. The individual will partner directly with providers to assist with enrollment activities, investigate and resolve escalated concerns, conduct education sessions and workshops, and build strong provider relationships through proactive engagement. The role requires knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance processes, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex provider issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support providers with enrollment outreach, escalations, and related research
• Resolve escalations and handle complex or unique issues independently
• Conduct provider outreach (welcoming, corrections, reminders) and build strong relationships
• Deliver trainings/workshops (1:1 and group)
• Identify process improvements and apply sound judgment within established policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance
• Knowledge of Medicaid processes, including provider enrollment
• Experience in healthcare and/or training facilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Successful completion of Nevada fingerprinting and federal background check

Schedule

Primarily remote position with occasional onsite visits to client locations in Southern Nevada. Standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Up to 20% travel required with reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $60,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
