We are seeking a Provider Enrollment / Payment Posting Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting quality healthcare operations behind the scenes. This is a part-time position, that is 25 hours per week. Candidates must reside in Connecticut to be eligible for this position. What You Will Do: In this role, you will help ensure the organization maintains active payer participation while supporting accurate and timely payment processing. Complete and submit provider enrollments, re-enrollments, and credentialing applications with Medicare, Medicaid, Cigna, and other payers.Manage organizational and facility enrollments to maintain payer participation and prevent coverage gaps.Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date credentialing and enrollment records.Review and enter insurance payments, explanation of benefits (EOBs), and client payments accurately and timely.Monitor enrollment timelines and follow up with payers to ensure successful processing and approval.Support billing department operations and perform other related duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related healthcare, billing, enrollment, or administrative experience.Knowledge of third-party medical billing processes and familiarity with medical billing software.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.Ability to work collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information confidentially, and maintain attention to detail.
