Provider Enrollment Analyst - Remote US
About the role
As a Provider Enrollment Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate enrollment of healthcare providers. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain foundational experience in provider enrollment and contribute to the team’s success by supporting operational tasks and maintaining data integrity. This is a 100% remote position within the United States. You will have opportunities for skill development and growth, and exposure to healthcare enrollment processes and systems. Responsibilities
- Perform initial data entry and verification of provider information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address enrollment discrepancies and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports to support the team’s operational goals.
- Use designated tools and systems to execute enrollment tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare-related role or data processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic technical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Schedule
Work hours are 7:30/8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
