Provider Compensation Project Manager — Hybrid (Dallas)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation of our Provider Compensation SaaS product. In this role, you will lead internal teams and partner directly with clients to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality, on-time go-lives through effective coordination and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new SaaS deployments
• Lead cross-functional internal teams to meet project milestones
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements
• Identify, track, and resolve project dependencies and risks
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and onboarding for clients
• Drive projects to successful, on-schedule go-live events

Requirements

• Preference for candidates located in the Dallas area
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, balancing onsite collaboration with remote work
