Provider Compensation Analyst
About the role
The Physician Compensation Analyst manipulates data, completes analyses, calculates physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks, and calculates corresponding compensation and bonuses. The analyst produces performance reports and financial statements, and responds to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups.

- Respond to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of work experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical functions; 4+ years preferred
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- CPA upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- 4+ years of work experience within the healthcare industry, preferably managed care or medical group practice management
- Experience in physician compensation, billing, capitation, risk adjustment, CPT coding, and resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS)

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $39.45 - $61.24.
