Responsibilities
Leading large-scale operations consulting projects within the health services sector
Developing and implementing strategic operations processes to enhance client service delivery
Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive operational improvements
Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine operational strategies
Coeaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Conducting market research to inform business transformation initiatives and optimize service delivery models
Applying change management techniques to support clients in navigating operational transitions
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their operational needs and challenges
Facilitating workshops and strategic questioning sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization

What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
