Maintaining the Immediate Care standard
Maintaining the Immediate Care standard and demonstrating Character First traits through daily action at all clinics.
Encouraging others to maintain a positive attitude, professional work environment and great Immediate Care culture.
Communicating in a professional, tactful way when the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained.
Notifying the appropriate management and discussing any circumstances where the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained.
Requirements
- Must not have a condition which could compromise his ability to perform any of the mental and physical functions related to the requested clinical privileges.
- Must not be denied membership or clinical privileges for any hospital system or medical staff.
- Full disclosure of any investigation or any peer review or disciplinary action taken, such as imposition of consultation requirements, suspension, or termination.
- Full disclosure of investigation by any governmental or other legal body.
- Full disclosure of actions instituted at previous place of employment in process or pending.
Duties
- Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves.
- Maintain satisfactory physical and mental health status and the ability to safely and competently practice medicine.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of specific procedures/treatments offered at clinic.
- Maintain adequate clinical abilities as a practitioner.
- Directly supervises the medical staff.
- Receive briefings and situation reports from the Chief Medical Officer and/or Clinical Director and ensures that all medical personnel are kept informed of status changes.
- Ensures a continuum of medical care and coordinating interaction with all appropriate outside medical entities.
- Report to Clinical director.
