Provider-Advanced Practice Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care within scope of practice of the nurse practitioner utilizing written protocols to ensure quality patient care.
• Uses prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in accordance with state/federal laws and regulations.
• Enhances quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
• Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
• Provides clinical leadership.
• Supports life long learning.
• Completes assigned goals.

Specifications

• Experience: Minimum Required - Minimum Required
• Education: Minimum Required - Either a Masters or Doctoral level as a nurse practitioner. Preferred/Desired
• Licensure: Minimum Required - Current certification - nurse practitioner. Eligible for or have certificate of fitness/prescription privileges. Minimum Required
• RN: Minimum Required
• Special Skills: Minimum Required - Computer literate. Preferred/Desired
