Prototype Vehicle Engineering Technician

What You'll Do

• General fleet maintenance and repair
• Retrofit/modify prototype vehicles to accept new hardware designs from engineering
• Diagnose and repair failures found with prototypes
• Provide failure analysis and design concerns back to engineering

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience working in automotive troubleshooting and repair (Technical certification from accredited automotive training institution preferred)
• Equipped with own tools
• Ability to operate and maintain shop tools and equipment as welll as operate and maintain various hand and power tools
• Willing to work a flexible schedule as well as the ability to travel
• Work independently and/or collaboratively as part of a team
• Show attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities/schedules
• Show excellent communication and written skills combined with Microsoft Office proficiency

Pay

Expected Compensation $24.40 - $43.20/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
