Prototype Assembler 1 - Part-Time - 2nd shift 3pm-7pm or 7pm-11pm

About the role

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. This is a 2nd Shift: Part-time role located onsite in Ladysmith, WI, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–7:00 pm or 7:00 pm–11:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures
• Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment
• Use basic computer skills for production or documentation tasks
• Work in any assigned department as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation
• Support molding operations, packing products, and visual/dimensional quality checks
• Assist with preventative maintenance and keep work areas organized
• Occasionally adjust schedule to meet business needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Rockwell Automation will not sponsor employment visas for this role)

Preferred Qualifications

• No previous related experience typically required
