Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct safety and protocol walks, document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Enforce cleanroom protocols, PPE compliance, and audit requirements.
- Maintain compliant signage across labs and support areas.
- Manage FOUP/FOSB handling, storage, and reclaim shipments.
- Perform facility checks, particle sampling, and inspection support.
- Support customer visits, cleanup activities, and emergency response events.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous building cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, officials, and the public.
- Ability to learn job duties and acquire required skills through on-the-job training.
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
