Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of executive-level visits and high-visibility events.

  • Develop detailed visit programs, run-of-show schedules, seating charts, agendas, and event logistics.
  • Serve as the primary protocol liaison, coordinating venues, IT/AV support, visitor access, and escort procedures.
  • Develop executive briefing books, read-ahead materials, talking points, presentations, and other strategic communications.
  • Support strategic outreach initiatives and measure engagement effectiveness through reporting and analytics.
  • Cook up visitor vetting, security clearances, and compliance with government protocols.
  • Partner directly with senior government leadership to ensure seamless execution of mission-critical engagements.
  • Maintain inspection-ready documentation and support protocol reporting for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (required).
  • 8+ years of experience supporting executive engagement, protocol, strategic communications, or outreach for senior U.S. Government officials, military leadership, or foreign dignitaries.
  • Experience coordinating complex, high-visibility events within classified or secure environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including preparing briefing materials, talking points, and official correspondence.
