About the role
The Protocol Specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate events, ensuring that they are executed in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and other corporate events
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for events
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas and invitations
- Handle day-of event coordination including setup, execution, and cleanup
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
