About the role
We are seeking a Protocol Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support our Defense and Homeland Security Division in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will work directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g., bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform signals analysis, waveform analysis, and protocol analysis
- Conduct network troubleshooting and traffic characterization
- Engage in network security analysis
Requirements
- Relevant experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis
Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience (must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field)
- Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience
- HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience (for candidates who have completed military training courses 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or participated in/graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP))
Pay
Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000
